Custom Chemistry & In-House Testing

For projects where downtime must be minimized, specify our MAC-Guard MMA systems. MMA formulas cure via an addition polymerization mechanism that achieves full chemical and mechanical cure within one hour of application, even in temperatures as low as -20°F. This allows for immediate return-to-service without compromising structural integrity.

If field testing indicates high MVER or relative humidity (RH) levels above standard thresholds, our PUR-Guard Cementitious Urethane systems should be specified. Cementitious urethanes possess a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to concrete, allowing the material to breathe and relieve vapor pressure without delaminating or blistering.
